Hotel was fairly clean and in a good area so close to harbour as well as a former bank building. The jewel in the crown was superbly friendly staff. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I loved this well-kept hotel, it did not disappoint. Rooms were warm, excellent service, perfect location. Had complimentary drinks in the Irish bar in the evening. My continental breakfast was tasty and savoury.

Well laid out room, adequate, kind staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. The airport was 12 miles away from here, quiet location. Extremely convenient hotel with friendly customer service. The stay was perfectly pleasant.

I loved unbeatable location, exceptional staff. Moreover, a non - profit public aquarium was 15 minutes' walk away. Great customer service too.

The hotel was secured, and I loved BRILLIANT staff and luxurious room. Large breakfast, courteous service. Reasonably spacious suite and super bed. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the lobby bar.

Loved staff and location, extremely comfy beds, the hotel itself was clean. I had a separate bedroom. Breakfast included toast, breads, yogurt, fruit and scrambled eggs. Everything was great as always.

I recommend it, our stay here was such wonderful! Enjoyable breakfast, modern room & very comfy bed. Central location, not too far from a non - profit public aquarium. Beautiful lobby. Loved early check-in.

Pool available in the hotel. 400 feet away from the property there is Argosy Cafe, which is a good dining choice.

Not far from federal hill park, 10 minutes' walk to Shot Tower train station. One could dine at restaurants such as Saturday Morning Cafe 10 minutes away.
